To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Fleazo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on AI-generated content, or property decisions made based on platform information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fleazo, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
